  1. Peningkatan Prestasi Akademik – PPA (Academic Achievement Enhancement)
  2. Copy of Student Identity Card indicating that the applicant is an active regular student, currently in the third semester until the fifth semester.
    b.Academic Transcript indicating Cumulative Grade Point of not less than 3.00
    c. Certificate of financially underprivileged released by Neighborhood Unit/Community Unit (RT/RW)
    d. Parent’s salary statement
    e. Statement letter of not receiving any scholarship, acknowledged by Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs.
    f. Copy of family certificate
    g. Copy of electricity bill (last 3 months) and or property tax (PBB) payment receipt

  1. SCHOLARSHIP ADMISSION SCHEME

REQUIREMENTS OF SCHOLARSHIP ADMISSION SCHEME FOR RECIPIENT CANDIDATES

      1. The eligibility to apply for 2017 Scholarship Admission Scheme is as follows :
        1. Students of high school / vocational high school / or equivalent that will graduate in 2017
        2. Graduates of 2016 who are not Scholarship Admission Scheme recipients and do not conflict with the provisions of student admission in each university;
        3. Being at maximum 21 years of age at the time of admission;
        4. Being financially underprivileged with the following criteria:
        a. Recipients of scholarships for financially underprivileged students or Indonesian SmartCard (Kartu Indonesia Pintar) holders or the like; or
        b. Having a combined gross parental income to be not more than Rp 3,000,000.00 per month and or a combined gross parental income divided by the number of family members to not exceed Rp750,000,00 per month.
        5. Parents’ education is at maximum as high as a bachelor’s degree or four year diploma degree;
        6. Having good academic potentials indicated by an objective and accurate recommendation from the school principal;
  1. Scholarship Period
    1. This scholarship is effective since the student is officially accepted as Scholarship Admission Scheme recipient in college. The details of the scholarship period is as follows:
    a. Up to 8 (eight) semesters for Bachelor Degree and Four Year Diploma Degree
  2. Up to 6 (six) semesters for Three Year Diploma Degree students

 

For recipients who are students of certain Bachelor Programs that require professional education and are considered one unit, the scholarship is granted until the recipients graduate from the professional program, that is:
a. Additional scholarship period up to four semesters forMedical students.
b. Additional scholarship period up to four semesters for Dentistry students.

  1. Additional scholarship period up to two semesters for Ners (Registered Nurse) students.
    d. Additional scholarship period up to two semesters for Veterinary Medicine students.
  2. Additional scholarship period up to two semesters for Pharmacy students.

Scholarship Admission Scheme for Professional Programs is awarded to students who directly continue their professional studies at the same university .

  1. Financing Components
    The components or types of education tuition grants and their use are:
    1. Registration fee
    a. Scholarship Admission Scheme applicants are exempted from the registration fee of National Selection for Public University Admission, Joint Selection for Public University Admission, and local admission scheme in a university (applicants will automatically not be charged for admission fee in Joint Selection for Public University Admission registration system).
    b . Scholarship Admission Scheme applicants admitted through one of the selections are not allowed to apply to another selection.
  2. The amount of grant managed by the university is not more than Rp2,400,000(two million four hundred thousand rupiah) per-student per semester.
  3. Living allowance handed to successful applicants is not less than Rp 3,900,000 (three million nine hundred thousand rupiah) per student per semester.
  4. Grant distribution
    I. Scholarship Admission Scheme grant is distributed quarterly. The grant allocated for odd semester is distributed in September and December and the grant allocated for even semester is distributed in March and June,
    2. For first year students, Scholarship Admission Scheme grant is provided only for 1 (one) semester, i.e. in the odd semester.
  5. Termination
    The university may issue special provisions on grant termination.In general, grant may be terminated should the recipients:
    1. Leave
    2. Drop Out

Scholarship Admission Scheme recipients who are proven to provide false information after being admitted to a college are considered committing a grave violation, which causes the concerned student to be expelled from the university and the grant to be transferred to other students of the same class who meet the requirements for Scholarship Admission Scheme recipients.

  1. Higher Education Affirmation Program for Papua (ADIK)

Higher Education Affirmation Program (ADIK). In the early stages in 2012, this program was dedicated only to the Provinces of Papua and West Papua. After running for three years, the coverage was expanded to Nusa Tenggara, North Maluku and Aceh (3T – the frontier, outermost and least developed regions).

5. CIMB NIAGA Outstanding Achievements Scholarship

    1. Filling out the registration form of CIMB Niaga scholarship program.
      b . Graduates of High school or its equivalent who have passed National Examination with an average grade of not less than 8.00.
      d. The scholarship is prioritized to financially underprivileged students.
      e. Accepted in undergraduate programs in the following majors:
      1. Economics (Accounting, Management, Sharia (Islamic Economics), SME and Banking).
      2. Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics and Natural Sciences (Statistics and Mathematics).
      3. Law (Banking), Social and Political Sciences (Communications), Psychology.

6. Scholarships provided by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education – BNC BRI

  1. Filling out the registration form.
    b. Undergraduates who have completed at least one semester of study and obtained a cumulative GPA of not less than 3.00 .
    d. The scholarshipsare prioritized to students from thefrontier, outermost and least developed regions of Indonesia (3T).
    e. Accepted in an undergraduate program in any major.
    e. The scholarshipsare prioritized to financially underprivileged students.
