Implementation of the Course Selection Sheet in the Bachelor of Information Systems

• Students obtain a class schedule.
• Students print their Transcript Cards (KHS).
• Students participate in academic advising with their academic advisor.

1. Students complete the academic advising control card.
   The academic advising control card format can be downloaded below.

   b. Students consult with their student advisor regarding academic plan.
2. Students request the student advisor’s signature on the academic advising control card and Transcript Card
   d. The student advisor grants access to the Course Selection Sheet to the students.

• Students perform course registration on Cybercampus.
  a. Students choose their courses.
  b. Students consult with their student advisor regarding the selected courses.
  c. The student advisor approves the student’s KRS.
• Students print their KRS.
  a. Students upload their Transcript Card (KHS), KRS, and Academic Advising Control Card using the following form.
