Stages of the Academic Consultation (for filling the Course Selection Sheet) in the Bachelor of Information Systems

1. Print the Transcript Card (KHS).
2. Create the study plan.
3. Advise the plan to the Academic Advisor and ask the lecturer to open Course Selection Sheet access.
4. Fill out Academic Advising Control Card.
5. Request the signatures from Academic Advisor for Transcript Card and Academic Advising Control Card.
6. Access the Course Selection Sheet application in the Cybercampus.
7. Fill the Course Selection Sheet application according to the advice from Academic Advisor.
8. Ask the Academic Advisor to approve the Course Selection Sheet.
9. Fill out Academic Advising form (Google Form).
