Stages of the Seminar of Bachelor Thesis Proposal for The Bachelor of Information Systems

1. Students must have passed the Research Methodology course.
2. Determining the bachelor thesis topic and research supervisor.
3. Seeking approval from the academic advisor regarding the proposed bachelor thesis topic.
4. Requesting the willingness of the Bachelor Thesis Advisor.
5. Drafting the bachelor thesis proposal manuscript.
6. Consulting on the bachelor thesis proposal manuscript with both Bachelor Thesis Advisors I & II at least 8 times. 
   (Filling out a consultation card each time).
   • If there are revisions from the Bachelor Thesis Advisors, the student must revise the bachelor thesis proposal manuscript.
   • If it is in accordance (no revisions are needed), the student can proceed to the next step.
7. Submitting the request for seminar of bachelor thesis proposal.
   Submission of the seminar of bachelor thesis proposal is done through the following stages:
   • Sending the bachelor thesis proposal submission documents via email to Mrs. Yuli.
     • Bachelor thesis proposal manuscript in Word format
     • Bachelor thesis proposal manuscript in PDF format
     • Consultation cards with the Bachelor Thesis Advisors
     • Approval form:
       • Academic advisor
       • Bachelor thesis advisor I & II
   • Submitting hardcopies to the Administration Office:
     • 3 copies of the bachelor thesis proposal manuscript
     • Consultation cards with the Bachelor Thesis Advisors
     • Filling out the bachelor thesis proposal seminar queue book.
     • Contacting Mrs. Yuli via WhatsApp.
8. Waiting for information regarding the bachelor thesis proposal seminar schedule.
9. Students conduct the Bachelor Thesis Proposal Seminar.
10. Making revisions to the bachelor thesis proposal manuscript as suggested by the examiners.
11. Completing the bachelor thesis proposal documents.
    • Signing the agreement for binding and duplication.
    • Signing the thesis proposal validation.
12. Submitting the bachelor thesis proposal manuscript with a light yellow softcover to the Administrative Office.
