Stages of the BBK – Independent Study/Micro-credential for The Bachelor of Information Systems

  1. Look for the suitable BBK program. The students can only join the BBK program while he/she is in or after his/her 5th semester.
  2. Create the course conversion plan by using spreadsheet. Spreadsheet template: https://s.id/SheetKonvBBK_SIUA 
  3. Consult the BBK program and conversion plan to the Academic Advisor.
  4. If the Academic Advisor assesses that the program is not feasible and the student still wants to do BBK, then the student must look for a new program.
  5. If the Academic Advisor assesses that the program is not feasible but there are need some improvement to the conversion plan, then the student must revise the plan.
  6. If the Academic Advisor assesses that the student needs to ask about the suitability of the program with the course syllabus, the student must consult the detailed of the program to the Course Lecturer.
  7. If the Course Lecturer assesses that the detailed of the program is not suitable with the course and the student still wants to do the program and get course conversion, the student must revise the conversion plan and discuss it again with the Academic Advisor.
  8. After the Academic Advisor and/or Course Lecturer agree on the conversion plan, go to BKK – Registration and Reporting Procedure.
