Stages of the BBK – Student Exchange for The Bachelor of Information Systems

    1. Look for the suitable BBK Student Exchange Program. It’s highly recommended that students choose the student exchange program offered by AGE. Here’s the website link: https://global.unair.ac.id/category/outbound-mobility-programs/ 
    2. Find the Campus Partner Syllabus/Detailed Program and find some courses that suitable to convert.
    3. Create the course conversion plan by using spreadsheet. Spreadsheet template: https://s.id/SheetKonvBBK_SIUA
    4. Consult the program to Academic Advisor. If the Academic Supervisor accept the program and feel that student is capable, the student can move to the next step. 
    5. Consult the Course Conversion Plan to Academic Advisor. If the Academic Advisor does not approve the plan, the student must revise the Conversion Plan until the Academic Advisor approves it.
    6. Follow the program selection process. The program selection process in question is a process organized by partner campuses.
    7. If a student is not accepted into the program, the process ends. Students can apply for another program and return to the initial stage. If a student is accepted into the program, the student can move to the next step.
    8. Request a memorandum of activity from the Study Program Academic. This memorandum is used to ask for permission from Deputy Dean I. The student must attach the Letter of Acceptance from Campus Partner.
    9. Wait for the permit letter from Deputy Dean I to be issued/completed.
    10. Make the proposal to join the program (Activity Proposal). Don’t forget to sign the proposal first before asking for approval to Study Program Coordinator and Deputy Dean III.
    11. Ask for approval and signature from the Study Program Coordinator and Deputy Dean III.
    12. Login to Faculty Student Affairs Website (https://kemahasiswaan.fst.unair.ac.id/login/) and Download the Permission Letter to Participate in Off-Campus Activities in Download Menu.
    13. Fill out and sign the letter. This letter is addressed to the Deputy Dean III.
    14. Ask the Study Program Coordinator and Deputy Dean III to sign the letter.
    15. Fill out New Application for Activity Permission on Student Affairs Website and upload the required documents. The required documents are: 
    1. the permit letter from Deputy Dean I
    2. Activity Proposal which signed by the student, Study Program Coordinator, and Deputy Dean III
    3. Letter of permission from parents (if the activity is offline and carried out outside Surabaya)
    1. Wait for the internship letter to be issued by student affairs (University Level) for about 1-2 weeks. If approved and all processes have been completed, then on the Faculty Student Affairs Website student will receive three letters, namely:
    1. Work Program approved by Deputy Dean I
    2. Activity permit issued by the Director of Student Affairs (University Level)
    3. Activity permit issued by Airlangga Globa Engagement (AGE)
    1. Go to BKK – Registration and Reporting Procedure
    2. Send the Final Report to Director of Student Affairs Universitas Airlangga by email no later than two (2) weeks after the activity is completed. The email is written in the Activity permit issued by the Director of Student Affairs (University Level).
