Scope of Information Systems Engineering
No | Topic | Sub Topic |
1. | Software Engineering |
|
2. | Information Technology Governance | Use certain frameworks (for example COBIT, ITIL, etc.) for the process of controlling the management of an organization (can be a process, activity, or procedure) over an Information Technology/Information System resource. |
3. | Information Systems Theory | Information systems require the art of integrating information technology with organizations. There are several social science theories that look at digital phenomena in organizations and information systems. |
4. | Enterprise Architecture Planning | EAP is used to align Information Technology to fit the organization’s vision and mission. Its main function is to prepare business architecture documents as well as system architecture and information technology documents. |
5. | Enterprise Systems | Integrate systems or sub-systems by applying certain technologies. |
6. | Computational Linguistic | An interdisciplinary field that focuses on statistical modeling or rules based on natural language from a computational perspective, as well as the study of appropriate computational approaches to linguistic questions. |
7. | Computer Vision | An interdisciplinary scientific field that discusses how computers can be made to gain a high-level understanding of digital images or video. From an engineering perspective, he seeks to automate tasks that can be performed by the human visual system. |
